This is a contract hire agreement for private individuals. Just like the Contract hire agreements that are so popular with Companies, except that vat registered companies can claim some of the vat back that the rentals attract. In this agreement the vat is included in the monthly payments and can not be claimed back. You have the advantage of low deposits and the option of including a full maintenance package establishing fixed cost motoring. At the end of the previously agreed term you simply hand the car back and choose a new car on a new contract.
